In need of someone to help with general facility/building maintenance. Preferred candidate will have * basic working knowledge of facilities plumbing, electrical, mechanical needs * fundamental maintenance knowledge and an aptitude to troubleshoot * physical ability to lift 100 lbs * strong communication skills, both written and verbal * flexible shifts * a positive, contributive work ethic * part-time, 10-15 hours/week, but varies based on ability/flexibility If you think you have the ability to help with basic building maintenance needs, please apply.
