🎬 **Now Casting: Executive Assistant to CEO** Skybound is looking for an **Executive Assistant to the CEO** who thrives on keeping priorities aligned, information organized, and executives operating at their best. You'll manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate meetings across departments, track projects and follow-ups, prepare presentations and reports, and serve as a trusted partner to the CEO in a fast-paced creative environment. You'll also support research, create materials for key initiatives, and help move projects forward across film, TV, games, publishing, and beyond. If you're highly organized, proactive, discreet, and excel at juggling competing priorities, this role offers a front-row seat to the business and creative engine behind Skybound. 🎬 **Bonus points if you've supported entertainment executives, handled confidential information, or have a passion for storytelling and pop culture.** 📍 **Reports to CEO** 📌 **Job Type:** Regular, Full-Time \| Hybrid (Los Angeles) 💰 **Salary Range:** $43,680 -- $52,000 annually * Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. * The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. * Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
