* Event Operations Team Lead PhotoMules is hiring an **Event Operations Team Lead** to oversee weekend youth sports photography events throughout Texas and surrounding states. This role combines leadership, sales management, customer engagement, and event execution in a fast-paced outdoor environment. If you're someone who enjoys motivating teams, solving problems in real time, and taking ownership of results, this position offers a unique opportunity to build leadership experience while working with a growing company. **Location:** Based in Austin, TX (regional travel required) **Travel:** Friday--Sunday regional travel throughout Texas and neighboring states (all travel expenses covered) **About The Role** As the Event Operations \& Sales Manager, you are the leader on-site. You'll oversee event staff, ensure smooth operations, maintain a high-energy customer experience, and help drive sales performance throughout the weekend. This is not a desk job. You'll be actively leading your team, engaging customers, and making key decisions throughout the event. **What You'll Be Responsible For** * Lead weekend event operations from setup through breakdown * Supervise and support a team of 2--6 event staff members * Coach employees on customer engagement and sales techniques * Monitor team performance and help drive event revenue goals * Interact directly with parents, athletes, and coaches * Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges as they arise * Coordinate event logistics, equipment, and workflow * Oversee photography stations, printing operations, and order fulfillment * Ensure a positive experience for customers and team members * Complete weekly planning and event preparation activities **Who Thrives in This Position?** Successful managers in this role are confident leaders who enjoy working with people and making decisions in dynamic environments.
