We are hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to support exciting live events, brand activations, and promotional marketing campaigns. No prior experience is required---this role includes paid training and hands-on experience for individuals looking to start a career in event marketing, promotions, or experiential brand work.We are a fast-growing event marketing and brand experience firm focused on creating engaging, high-impact live events for clients and their audiences. Our team delivers memorable experiences through strong communication, teamwork, and on-site execution.As an Event Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting live events from setup through completion. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who is energetic, reliable, and eager to grow in the events and marketing industry.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of live events, brand activations, and promotional campaignsAssist with client communication to ensure event goals and expectations are metProvide real-time updates during events and assist with client questionsHelp with event setup, breakdown, staffing, and preparation of materialsEnsure supplies, equipment, and promotional materials are organized for event dayProvide on-site support including guest engagement, registration, and activity assistanceWork alongside internal teams (marketing, design, production) during eventsAssist with vendor and external partner communication as neededCollect attendee and client feedback after eventsHelp prepare basic post-event summaries and reportsQualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional and comfortable engaging with clients, vendors, and guestsHighly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and reliabilityQuick thinker with problem-solving abilitiesPrevious experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not requiredMotivated, dependable, and eager to learnWhat We OfferPaid training and hands-on experienceEntry-level opportunity with growth potentialExposure to live events, brand activations, and marketing campaignsTeam-oriented and energetic work environmentAdvancement opportunities in events and marketing roles
