Estimator - Mixed Commercial Construction

The Estimator will play a critical role in the healthcare, telecommunications, federal, municipal, office, industrial and medical office building department within the construction industry. This position is focuses on estimating project costs and ensuring accuracy in proposals. * Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope and requirements. * Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines. * Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure competitive pricing and compliance. * Maintain updated records of historical cost data and project performance. * Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions. * Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to reflect changes. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project expectations.
