**Title: Employee Relations Specialist** **Location: Oahu, Hawaii-Onsite** **Duration: 12 months (Contract to hire)** **Scope of responsibilities:** * Coordinates employee relations program to ensure compliance with policies and practices. Researches and responds to employee questions, concerns, and grievances. Maintains employee relations records. * Resolves escalated employee relations inquiries including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. * Leads comprehensive investigations in complex employee relations matters including allegations of discrimination, harassment, and policy violations. * Provides recommendations regarding potential disciplinary policies based on investigative findings, ensuring local, state, and country employment laws and policies are adhered to. **Background preferred:** Employee relations, HR generalist, or HR Business Partner background.
