This position requires a strong background in recruiting and/or sales and involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process---from position approval through successful onboarding into the Academy. **Recruitment Strategy** **What you will do...** Act as the primary advisor to line management on recruitment strategies and best practices tailored to sourcing and hiring ProSales Associates for the Black and Gold Academy. Provide consultation and education to ensure alignment with program goals. **Candidate Sourcing** Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates for the ProSales Associate position. Leverage internal talent pools, external networks, and employee referrals to build a robust pipeline for the Academy. **Partnerships** Establish and nurture partnerships with colleges, technical schools, and military bases that align with the talent profile for ProSales Associates. Identify, coordinate, and attend recruiting events focused on generating interest in the Black and Gold Academy. **Compliance** Oversee the recruitment process for ProSales Associates, ensuring full compliance with all government regulations and company policies related to employment. **Talent Pipeline** Serve as the subject matter expert for ProSales Associate talent in your region. Collaborate with District Managers and Human Resource Directors to identify high-potential candidates and maintain a strong pipeline for the Black and Gold Academy. **Event Management** Design, implement, and execute innovative recruiting strategies and events specifically for the Black and Gold Academy. Manage the calendar of events and actively participate in campus and community activities to promote the program and attract top talent. **Requirements** * Proven experience in recruiting or talent management, with a focus on early career or sales roles. **Skills** * Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance with employment regulations. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and sustain effective partnerships with educational institutions and military organizations. * Proficiency with recruitment software and tools, such as SuccessFactors. * Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and continuously improve the process. * Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Req #:** 66458 **Pay Range:** $65,000 - $80,000 Please be advised that the actual salary offered for any position is subject to the company's sole discretion and may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role.
