**Join the largest delivery-first restaurant group in the United States!** **Location:** 3 Chicago kitchens and 3 to 5 kitchens out of state **Schedule:** Full Time **Salary:**$110,000 - $115,000 annual salary + Period Bonuses **Benefits** * Performance-based bonus program with profit share * Unlimited PTO * Medical, Dental, \& Vision plan for full-time team members * 401k with up to 4% employer match after one year **District Manager Responsibilities** * Hybrid Work Model * Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens/locations * Partner with Regional Director to hire, coach and develop Kitchen Managers and other staff. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Monitor and Coach operational procedures to maintain high company standards. * Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance with Kitchen Managers. * Analyze financial performance with Kitchen Managers and provide support with recommendations for improvement. * Analyze customer reviews to assist kitchens with service standards. **District Manager Requirements** * Solid foundation in culinary skills and customer service skills * Minimum of 5 years of kitchen or retail management experience * Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit experience, managing 4 or more locations * Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets * Willingness to travel to each location in Chicago and neighboring kitchens in the region * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation **Who We Are:** At Salted, we're leading the charge to build the next generation of the restaurant industry.
