District Manager Greater Boston, MA Full-Time A rapidly growing, multi-unit fitness operator is seeking experienced District Managers to oversee club operations, sales performance, and team development across multiple locations within the Greater Boston area This role is ideal for a hands-on operational leader who thrives in fast-paced, member-driven environments and has a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, drive revenue growth, and execute operational excellence across multiple locations. The District Manager will serve as the direct leader for Club Managers within their territory, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, sales initiatives, staffing strategy, and overall member experience. Key Responsibilities: * Drive membership growth, revenue performance, and operational execution across multiple locations * Lead, coach, and develop Club Managers and club-level leadership teams * Analyze KPIs, sales trends, labor performance, and controllable expenses to improve district profitability * Conduct regular club visits to ensure operational consistency, cleanliness, staffing, and member satisfaction * Hold teams accountable to sales goals, operational metrics, and brand standards * Partner with leadership on hiring strategy, succession planning, and talent development * Review club-level P\&Ls and implement action plans to improve financial performance * Ensure all locations maintain a strong culture focused on hospitality, accountability, and operational excellence * Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of club-level employees * Maintain compliance with all operational, safety, and administrative requirements Qualifications: * 3 years of multi-unit leadership experience within fitness, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or membership-based operations * Strong understanding of sales leadership, labor management, and operational KPIs * Experience managing P\&Ls and controllable expenses across multiple locations * Proven ability to lead large teams and develop high-performing managers * Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills * Comfortable operating in a highly field-based leadership role * Ability to travel throughout assigned territory regularly, including occasional nights and weekends This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization with strong operational infrastructure, leadership support, and long-term career growth potential for high-performing operators.
