They are seeking a Director of Product Management for Financial Systems to lead product strategy and oversee the architecture of their financial ecosystem.Responsibilities:Lead product strategy, system architecture, and technical execution for the Contract-to-Ledger financial ecosystem, covering Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Pay lifecyclesPartner with Finance, Accounting, and executive leadership to translate commercial strategies and accounting policies into automated system logicArchitect automated pre-close data validation gates inside CRM and ERP systems to enforce transaction compliance and prevent downstream errorsDirect internal product managers and manage relationships with external implementation partners to ensure technical builds align with core platform strategyEstablish automated forecasting data pipelines and platform change-control protocols to support public-market audit readinessRequirements:Demonstrated experience running technical product management or enterprise architecture across financial lifecycles, including automated billing, deferred revenue, and ERP behaviorsProven track record managing product managers and guiding dedicated engineering partners to deliver enterprise software capabilitiesOperational experience managing data integrations and configurations within enterprise financial platforms such as Salesforce Billing, NetSuite ERP, NetSuite ARM, or specialized subscription management platformsCapability to design cross-platform data handshakes and translate raw system signals into automated validation gates and reporting workflowsConsultative approach to partnering with executive stakeholders to standardize repeatable business processes before writing technical code
