**Director of Operations \& Analytics** **Location:** Boise, ID **Compensation:** $130,000--$150,000 base + bonus \& benefits A growing real estate organization is seeking a **Director of Strategic Operations \& Analytics** to support leadership with portfolio reporting, performance insights, and operational coordination across a multi-state platform. This role is ideal for a data-driven leader who enjoys working cross-functionally, building scalable reporting, and helping teams make better decisions through clear, actionable analytics. What You'll Do * Own portfolio-level reporting and performance analytics used by senior leadership * Develop and improve dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to support business decisions * Monitor asset performance, identify trends, and flag risks or opportunities * Prepare regular performance updates (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for leadership * Partner with operations, accounting, and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment * Support operational initiatives and track progress on key projects * Provide oversight of analytics, systems, and strategic operations functions * Lead and mentor a small team across analytics and operations-related roles * Help establish priorities, monitor outcomes, and improve processes as the organization scales * Conduct periodic site visits; limited travel required (up to \~20%) What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field preferred * 5+ years of experience in real estate operations, asset management, analytics, or a related leadership role * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights * Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools and real estate systems preferred * Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and working across departments * Self-directed, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a growth environment Why This Opportunity * High-impact role with visibility to leadership * Opportunity to build and improve reporting and analytics in a growing organization * Competitive base salary of $130k--$150k plus bonus and full benefits * Boise-based role with a collaborative, professional environment
