About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Dental Laboratory Ceramist to join our team. You will craft high-quality, beautiful, and functional dental restorations like crowns and bridges based on dentist prescriptions.What You Will Do * Read and follow dentist work orders and prescriptions. * Build, shape, and finish crowns, bridges, and inlays. * Match shades, apply stains and glazes, and polish restorations. * Check the fit, bite (occlusion), and contacts before finishing cases. * Meet lab deadlines and quality standards. * Communicate with team members about case details. * Keep your workspace clean and follow safety rules. * Learn new techniques and materials as the lab grows. What You Need * High school diploma or equivalent. * Formal dental technology training or hands-on lab experience. * 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. * Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. * Strong attention to detail and artistic skill. * Good teamwork and communication skills.
