Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - We require at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applications, with strong emphasis on Excel. - We require a high school diploma or equivalent. - We require the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, holidays, and rotating shifts. - We require the physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds and to stand or walk for shifts of up to 12 hours, with frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting. - We require availability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed. - We require at least 1 year of professional work experience, or experience using MS Office, especially Excel. - We require at least 1 year of experience writing complex Excel VBA macros. - We require experience with advanced SQL, Python, and Tableau. - We require experience using data to drive root-cause analysis and process improvements. - Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications. Responsibilities: - ---------------- - We complete daily and weekly SOX reporting, including deep analysis, documentation of findings, escalation tracking, and action item creation for leadership. - We conduct ad hoc research to uncover opportunities for improvement by analyzing large data sets in our data warehouse and presenting trends to leadership. - We build and maintain recurring SQL reports requested by leadership, publishing them through email, Quicksight, or Excel. - We work in-path in our Amazon ReLo warehouse, carrying out associate and leadership tasks to identify data-driven solutions and automation opportunities. - We collaborate with our quality leadership team to strengthen operational standards and uncover defects in the operation. - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Company: - ------- We operate a worldwide network that delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day.
