Job Description * Support company-wide system implementation and business process improvement projects through evaluation of current work processes and execution of improvement strategies * Analyze, visualize and automate data processes working independently or with cross functional teams * Evaluate business needs and initiate quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project proposal or evaluation results * Lead business requirement gathering and manage comprehensive project documentation * Develop processes to efficiently manage, monitor, and track project deliverables * Support project team meetings to communicate project status * Support client service tickets related to Business Intelligence (BI) module * Prepare materials in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point to be presented within and outside of the team **Qualifications:** Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related field * At least 2 years of experience working as a data/business analyst, Data Analyst, or in a process improvement role * Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities * Have project and program management skills with several years of experience initiating activities, setting priorities, managing multiple priorities and delivering on-time results * Enjoy learning new business processes quickly and efficiently as well as championing project requirements on behalf of business owners * A strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans that you will drive end-to-end * Work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines * Ability to quickly learn and understand new topics, businesses, and processes through research and interviews with subject matter experts * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially pertaining to sales, operations, logistics, system, and financial functions * Korean/English speaking bilingual highly preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. \*\*\* NO C2C \*\*\* **Compensation:** $70,000-$70,000 per year
