You'll work hands-on with our product and creative workflows to create AI-powered film content, demos, case studies, and marketing visuals. This role is ideal for filmmakers or visual creators who are excited about exploring new creative possibilities with AI and shaping how next-generation creative tools are used in real projects. **What You'll Do** * Create short films, visual experiments, and creative demos using Flick * Collaborate with the product, design, and marketing teams to produce product demos, feature videos, and campaign assets * Explore and prototype new AI filmmaking workflows (character consistency, style exploration, storyboarding, etc.) * Help develop showcase projects, tutorials, and example projects for our community and users * Support creative production for social media, website content, and partnerships * Provide feedback on creative workflows and help improve the product experience from a creator's perspective **Who You Are** * A student or early-career filmmaker, visual creator, designer, or new media artist * Comfortable with video creation, storytelling, and basic post-production workflows * Curious about AI tools for creative production (e.g. image/video generation, editing, creative pipelines) * Have a strong visual sensibility and creative taste * Self-driven, proactive, and excited to experiment and iterate **What You'll Gain** * Hands-on experience building real AI filmmaking projects * Unlimited Free Flick credits * Direct exposure to how a creative AI startup builds products and collaborates with creators * Opportunity to shape creative direction and workflows for next-gen filmmaking tools * Mentorship from founders and the core product \& creative team * Portfolio-worthy projects and potential long-term collaboration opportunities
