job summary: Our client is hiring a Technical Consultant for their NJ office. Fully onsite location: Berkeley Heights, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $90 - 100 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: **Primary Project \& Scope** The immediate focus is on **Infrastructure Modernization and Migration**. * **Upgrade Path:** Moving environment from version **9.20 to 9.21**. * **Build-out:** Responsible for standing up entirely new Control-M instances or consolidating legacy environments into existing ones. * **Critical Operations:** 50% of the workload involves high-stakes **financial data movement** (inter-bank money transfers qualifications: echnical Requirements Expertise: Advanced Control-M administration (L3/L4 level). OS/Environment: Heavy Linux focus. Must be comfortable with CLI and system-level troubleshooting. Database: Proficiency with Oracle as the backend for Control-M. Scripting: High proficiency in Python or Shell (Bash) to automate scheduling tasks and job deployments. Scale Experience: Proven history managing large-scale deployments (3+ major installs across multiple environments).
