**About the Company** A growing South Florida General Contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the successful delivery of ground-up construction projects throughout Miami - Dade County. **About the Role** This role is responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Oversee all field operations from mobilization through project closeout * Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications * Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays * Conduct daily site safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards * Coordinate inspections and quality control processes * Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership representatives * Prepare and maintain daily reports documenting site activities and progress **Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor * Ground-up construction experience required * Experience with commercial, institutional, multifamily, or mixed-use projects * Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, quality control, and field coordination * Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications **Required Skills** * Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, quality control, and field coordination * Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications * Proficient with Procore, Autodesk Build, Microsoft Office, or similar construction management software preferred
