As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in every component produced. Responsibilities - --------------- * Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. * Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. * Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations throughout the production process. * Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow. * Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance. Qualifications - ------------- * High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred. * Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role. * Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming. * Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. You should be proficient in: * GD\&T * CNC Tooling * Troubleshooting Skills * CNC Programming * G-Code * M-Code * Manual Machining Skills Machines \& technologies you'll use: * CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Okuma, ProtoTRAK, Fanuc)
