The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC mill operations, including machine setup, tool changes, and inspection procedures. Key Responsibilities: - -------------------- * Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to engineering specifications * Perform tool changes and make machine offsets as needed * Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) * Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings * Maintain and monitor machines to ensure optimal performance and quality * Follow safety protocols and uphold high quality standards Qualifications: - -------------- * Previous experience in CNC mill operations is preferred * Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documentation * Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection processes * Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
