#### About the job CNC Machinist I, II \& III We are hiring **CNC Machinists at multiple experience levels** in Agawam, MA. Opportunities are available on 1st and 2nd shift depending on level. ### Open Positions \& Pay * **CNC Machinist I:** $24--$29/hr \| 1st Shift * **CNC Machinist II:** $29--$34/hr \| 1st \& 2nd Shift * **CNC Machinist III:** $34--$45/hr \| 1st Shift * **2nd Shift:** Additional **20% shift differential** ### What You'll Do * Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications * Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools * Make tool changes, offsets, and machining adjustments as needed * Troubleshoot machining and quality issues * Maintain accurate production and quality records * Follow safety and quality requirements * Work closely with production, Engineering, Quality, and CNC programming teams ### Qualifications Experience requirements will vary based on level: **Machinist I:** Entry-level/junior CNC machining experience and ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. **Machinist II:** **2+ years of CNC machining experience** with the ability to operate equipment, make adjustments, troubleshoot issues, and produce parts to specification. **Machinist III:** **3+ years of CNC machining experience** with advanced setup, troubleshooting, and CNC programming experience.
