Client Accounting Services Internship

We are actively looking for a **part-time Client Accounting Services (CAS) Intern** to join our Family Office Services team based in the NYC office. **The internship will run through June 2027.** ***The ideal candidate must be able to work in-person 3 days per week for up to 29 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the 9:00am to 5:00pm business hours.*** **++Key Responsibilities:++** • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the CAS/FOS teams including but not limited to downloading and filing statements. • Assist with setting up financial packages for clients: preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Assist with setting up tasks in Asana (project management software). • Help maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and reference. • Basic QuickBooks Online work: Chart of Accounts setup, GL coding, bank/credit card reconciliations. • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, assisting with inquiries and requests when needed. **++Qualifications:++** • Must be able to work in-person 3 days per week for up to 29 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the 9:00am to 5:00pm business hours around your school schedule. • Currently pursuing an Accounting degree • Must have good communication, computer skills and be a team player that is motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. **SAX Advisory Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
