Malone is hiring dependable team members for multiple positions supporting cleaning, facility maintenance, recycling, and waste management operations at a distribution/fulfillment center in McCordsville, Indiana. We are currently hiring for **Cleaners, Corrugate Technicians, and Floor Technicians** across several shifts. **Pay Rate: $15.25 per hour** ### Available Positions \& Shifts **Cleaner** * Friday--Sunday * 6:00 PM--6:30 AM **Corrugate Technician** * Monday--Thursday * 6:30 AM--5:00 PM **Cleaner** * Monday--Thursday * 6:30 AM--5:00 PM **Corrugate Technician** * Friday--Sunday * 6:00 AM--6:30 PM **Floor Technician** * Monday--Thursday * 6:30 AM--5:00 PM **Cleaner** * Friday--Sunday * 6:00 AM--6:30 PM **Corrugate Technician** * Friday--Sunday * 6:00 PM--6:30 AM **Floor Technician** * Friday--Sunday * 6:00 AM--6:30 PM Job Responsibilities - ------------------- * Clean and maintain buildings and facilities. * Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment. * Follow procedures for the safe and proper use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. * Notify the Manager of any minor or major repairs or additions needed to building operating systems. * Establish and maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with clients, coworkers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers. * Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, clients, and regulatory authorities. * Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas manually or with hand trucks. * Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions, sponges, and squeegees. * Wash and replace blinds as needed. * Gather and empty trash. * Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas. * Service, clean, and supply restrooms. * Break down and recycle cardboard in the assigned area for disposal. * Operate balers, augers, and trash compactors as assigned. * Sweep floors and support the cleaning team. * Empty trash and wood bins throughout the distribution center. * Perform other duties as assigned.
