**Morgan Consulting Resources, Inc. has been retained by Complete Health to search for a Chief Medical Officer.** **About the Role:** The CMO is a key member of the executive leadership team, shaping the clinical vision and strategy for a high-performing, patient-centered, value-based care organization. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful transformation in care delivery while improving quality, patient outcomes, provider engagement, and financial performance. The CMO provides physician leadership across the organization, championing evidence-based medicine, population health, clinical innovation, and the development of physician leaders. Working closely with the CEO and executive team, the CMO will help define the organization's future and advance its mission of delivering exceptional care at the lowest appropriate cost. Reporting to the CEO, the CMO serves as a strategic voice for physicians and a driving force behind clinical excellence, innovation, and organizational growth. **Background:** The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO degree, be board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related primary care specialty, and maintain an active, unrestricted medical license or be eligible for licensure. Candidates should bring 10 years of clinical experience, including 5 years of executive physician leadership, with a proven track record leading physicians in value-based care and risk-based payment models, including Medicare Advantage. Experience leading multi-site physician organizations and population health programs is required. Experience with private equity partnerships and M\&A integration is preferred. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical credibility with strategic leadership, business acumen, and a track record of driving growth, transformation, and clinical excellence.
