Responsibilities * Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall corporate goals. * Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring adherence to established accounting standards and regulatory requirements. * Manage financial reporting processes, including preparing timely and accurate financial statements for internal and external stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards to mitigate risks. * Lead the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure operational excellence. * Oversee the organization's accounting systems and financial software to optimize efficiency and data accuracy. * Collaborate with executive leadership on corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. * Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital structure to support organizational growth. * Establish internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure integrity in financial data.
