Dispensary Store Manager / Operator We are looking for an experienced leader who understands how to fully operate and manage a cannabis dispensary. Responsibilities: * Oversee daily store operations * Manage staff, scheduling, and performance * Ensure compliance with NY cannabis regulations * Handle inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships * Drive sales and customer experience Requirements: * Prior cannabis dispensary management experience required * Strong leadership and operational skills * Deep understanding of compliance and retail systems * Reliable, organized, and results-driven 2. Budtenders (Sales Associates) We're looking for friendly, honest, and motivated budtenders who know the products and know how to sell.
