This position will develop, lead, maintain, and deliver small to medium business initiatives while assisting with large sized initiatives focused on enhancing our credit bureau reporting solutions, system issue remediation, process improvements, business requirements, testing support, and cross-functional implementation activities. They will represent and advocate for the business with a primary focus on credit bureau reporting. They will serve as a subject matter expert for credit bureau reporting, FCRA compliance, Metro 2 standards, system functionality, and operational solutions support. They will partner with business, Compliance, Legal, ISD, vendors, and external stakeholders to research issues, perform root cause analyses, develop business requirements, support testing and implementations, maintain procedures, and ensure effective business operations and regulatory compliance. ++**Key Accountabilities**++ - --------------------------- Key Accountabilities include but not limited to: * Develop business requirements for small to medium-sized initiatives, collaborating across business units. * Work with IT, AHFC Field offices to identify and develop processes to assist the achievement of domain targets * Analyze and support resolution of complex escalated field inquiries involving credit bureau reporting, system functionality * Partner and coordinate with corporate teams for solutions * Proactively communicate with vendors regarding AHFC requirements and alignment with SLAs. ++**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**++ - --------------------------------------------- We are looking for qualified people with diverse backgrounds and experiences, open minds, and a disciplined work ethic.
