The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment. **Core Responsibilities** * Welcome customers warmly and provide attentive, professional assistance. * Present and recommend products in line with established brand guidelines. * Build strong product knowledge to confidently guide purchasing decisions. * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. * Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and courteously. * Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed. * Assist with in-store promotions, campaigns, and merchandising initiatives. * Stay up to date on current offers, new launches, and brand updates. * Gather customer insights and share feedback with management to enhance performance. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet or exceed sales objectives. * Participate in team meetings and ongoing training programs. * Review sales data to help identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. * Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image. * Follow company policies and consistently uphold brand standards. **Skills \& Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset. * Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. * Basic numerical skills for handling transactions and processing sales. * Friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal abilities. * Track record of achieving performance goals or sales targets is an advantage. * Familiarity with visual merchandising principles is beneficial. * Experience addressing customer inquiries and resolving service concerns. * Well-organized with keen attention to detail. * Ability to work independently while contributing to team success. * Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. * Eagerness to stay informed about products, promotions, and industry developments. * Reliable transportation to assigned store locations. * Background in marketing, promotions, or brand representation is considered a plus.
