In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and their guests by delivering a variety of beverages and snacks throughout the course. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.**Responsibilities** * Serve beverages and snacks to guests in a timely and courteous manner. * Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages * Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Manage cash, card, and member charge back transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, ensuring all items are stocked and presented attractively. * Assist guests with any inquiries or requests regarding menu items or services available. * Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations at all times. **Qualifications** * Previous experience in food service or retail environments is preferred. * Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Valid Drivers License Required * Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages * Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. * Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. * TIPS Certification New City Blackhawk Opco Llc
