Enjoy free advanced training, ongoing BCBA support, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact. **Your Role:** * Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans * Teach communication, daily living, and social skills * Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs * Support families through parent training and consistent communication * **Work Environment -**This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory. **What You Bring:** * 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities * Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills * A passion for helping children grow and succeed * Reliable transportation to client homes in Atwater **Job Details:** * **Part-time:** 15 hours/week * **Pay:** $17--$22/hr * **Benefits:** PTO, professional development Join a company that values people over profit.
