**Job Description:** The Bartender will prepare and serve beverages and food to residents with the utmost level of hospitality. Mixing and garnishing cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and following or creating cocktail recipes will fall under the Barkeep's responsibilities. The Bartender will report to the Dining Room Manager and assist with other dining needs as needed.Pay: $20/hr (no tips)Availability: Part-Time \| 3-4x/week \| 4pm-7:30pm shift**Great Benefits!!** **What will I do every day?** * Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner * Greet and escort residents in the bar area and assist as needed * Read and listen to residents to determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, and taking drink orders. \* Plan drink menus and inform residents about new beverages and specials. * Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to residents. \* Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are wellstocked. * Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations. * Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required by the Supervisor. **What will I need to be successful in this role?** * A passion for excellence * A great moral compass * High school graduate preferred * 6 months to 1 year of bartending experience * Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol What's in it for me?
