We're working with an early-stage healthcare AI company building an *agentic command center* for clinical decision-making --- systems that read, reason, and adjudicate care in real time. The goal: eliminate administrative friction and accelerate access to care. They've already surpassed $1M in revenue within 4 months of launch. Now, engineering bandwidth is the biggest limiter to growth. You'll join a small, high-caliber team (MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, Meta, Google, OpenAI-backed startups) in a true founding-level role with immediate ownership. **Compensation:** $120K--$250K **Location:** San Francisco (on-site, 5 days/week) **Stage:** Seed **Sponsorship:** H-1B \& O-1 supported **What You'll Build:** * AI-native backend systems for high-volume clinical data processing * Secure, scalable infrastructure supporting millions of patient interactions * Core product systems shaped by direct customer feedback * Foundational architecture for future team and product scaling **Ideal Background:** * Strong Python experience building production-grade systems * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar) * Currently working at an established company * Comfortable working fully on-site in San Francisco * Active GitHub with consistent contributions * Familiarity with modern containerization tools 🚫 No C2C or agency submissions.
