With more than 100 cases per month currently turned away, this is a rare opportunity for a courtroom-tested litigator to step into immediate leadership and high-impact work. **What You Will Handle** * Jury and bench trials * HOA, foreclosure, and landlord-tenant dispute * Commercial real estate and business litigation * Construction-related conflicts * Mentorship of junior attorneys * Business development initiatives **Compensation and Benefits** * $170,000 to $200,000 base salary * Three-tier bonus structure plus discretionary bonuses * 401(k) with matching contributions * 100 percent employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage The ideal candidate has first chaired at least two jury trials, handled multiple bench trials, and mentored and trained junior associates.
