We are committed to clinical excellence, meaningful outcomes, and developing the next generation of clinical leaders through strong mentorship and career growth opportunities. * Competitive hourly pay with a clear path toward BCBA certification * Structured supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs * Supportive, collaborative clinical leadership team * Manageable caseloads focused on quality care * Ongoing professional development and supervision support * Purpose-driven work with measurable client impact ### What You'll Do * Provide clinical support and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) * Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance * Conduct session observations and provide real-time coaching and feedback * Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming * Ensure treatment fidelity and high-quality service delivery * Participate in parent/caregiver training and collaboration * Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation * Collaborate with BCBAs and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress ### What We're Looking For * Passion for working with children and advancing in the ABA field * Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently * Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care **Required Qualifications:** * Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (required) * Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Certification, OR accruing hours towards a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification * 1 years' experience supervising children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and designing/managing ABA-based treatment (preferred) * Advanced knowledge about Autism Spectrum Disorder * Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing * Excellent time management skills are a must **Preferred Qualifications:** * Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification * Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices * Bilingual (Preferred) ### Benefits \& Perks * Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees) * Paid sick time and/or PTO * Supervision hours support toward BCBA certification * Mileage reimbursement or travel support * Employee referral bonus program * Consistent caseloads and scheduling stability
