This role focuses on application platform operations, development support, and migration initiatives, working closely with multiple application teams in an Agile environment. **++This position requires a broad technical skill set, hands-on mindset, and the ability to flexibly support various tools and processes across the application lifecycle.++** ++**▶** **︎ Key Responsibilities:**++ * Provide operational support for application platforms, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident response. * Support application development initiatives, including coordination with multiple application teams. * Manage and support DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, container-based environments, and release processes * Support frequent application releases in an Agile development environment * Utilize GitHub for module management and application operational support * Support front-office and middle-office applications across the Americas (primarily web-based and microservices) *** ** * ** *** **▶** **︎ Required Qualifications \& Skills:** * Broad experience across application platform operations, development support, and migration projects * Strong understanding of the full SDLC, with hands-on experience completing at least two full development cycles * Experience working in Agile development environments with frequent releases * Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple application teams * Strong communication skills in English *** ** * ** *** **▶** **︎Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with DevOps-related technologies such as: * GitHub / GitHub Actions * CI/CD pipelines * Container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) * Cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) * Experience supporting financial services
