A leading, nationally recognized food \& beverage company is seeking an experienced **AP \& AR Manager** to own and elevate the full-cycle payables and receivables functions at their Torrance headquarters. This is a high-impact, fully onsite leadership role within a complex, high-volume CPG environment. You'll oversee daily transactional operations, strengthen internal controls, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate, timely cash flow and vendor management. If you're interested, **Apply Now**to learn more! **Location**: 5 days a week onsite in Torrance, CA **Salary**: up to 110k in base DOE + 10% Bonus + benefits **What You'll Own** * Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations * Manage and mentor a team in a high-volume, fast-paced CPG environment * Oversee cash application, deductions, chargebacks, collections, and vendor payments * Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements * Partner with Sales on trade spend, deductions, and customer account reconciliations * Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP optimization * Support month-end close, reporting, and working capital management **What We're Looking For** * 5--8+ years of progressive AP/AR experience, including team leadership * Background in CPG, food \& beverage, manufacturing, or high-volume distribution strongly preferred * Experience managing customer deductions, retailer chargebacks, and trade spend * Strong ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) * Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable in a hands-on leadership role * Must be willing to work fully onsite in Torrance, CA **US Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
