This role supports multiple classrooms while helping maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment for children and families during pickup hours. This position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible afternoon schedule in a collaborative childcare setting. **Key Responsibilities** * Support classrooms serving infants through preschool-aged children * Assist with afternoon activities, playground supervision, and classroom transitions * Provide ratio coverage across classrooms as needed * Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment * Support teachers with classroom cleanup and end-of-day preparation * Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members * Follow all state licensing and safety requirements **Qualifications** * High school diploma required * Prior childcare experience preferred * Comfortable supporting multiple age groups * Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented approach * Must meet state childcare licensing requirements **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly pay of $18--$21 based on experience * Flexible weekday afternoon schedule * Supportive leadership and collaborative teaching environment * Professional development opportunities * Employee childcare discount
