Medtipster offers high-value solutions to payers, providers and consumers of healthcare in the U.S. **POSITION SUMMARY** The OE position is full time, responsible for ensuring Medtipster clients and patients receive superior service. Key member of the core client account team responsible for Prior Authorizations and assisting with the Brand Optimization Program success. Responsible for utilizing technology, tools, processes, and resources to ensure members receive medications as directed by client plans. Collaborates with other Operations Executives and sales team on client activity, expectations, and service needs. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** * Answering Incoming Phone Calls * Responsible for Manual Client Eligibility Entry * Process Prior Authorizations -- Starting them and Submitting for Determination * Copay card checks at the end of the month to add to Smart Sheets. * Other Responsibilities as Assigned **QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. * PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as internet experience. * Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills specifically regarding email and phone. * Exceptional data entry skills with a strong attention to detail. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong focus on book of business client satisfaction and client retention results.
