We want you.** ### What You'll Do * Work one-on-one with children with autism * Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA * Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills * Collect data and document progress * Work closely with BCBAs and families * Celebrate your clients' wins --- big and small ### What We're Looking For * **Previous ABA experience** * Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities * Reliable --- when a child is counting on you, you show up * Patient, energetic, and great with kids * Open to feedback and always looking to improve * High school diploma or equivalent * Reliable transportation to client homes **Already an RBT?
